by Ben Rufenacht, renamed to “HP Gates” and design revised by Rich Holmes. My changes to Rufenacht’s version are almost entirely stylistic. The one substantive change is the addition of a daughterboard (based on one designed by Clarionut) connecting to a switch on the front panel that allows a choice of using the Halting Problem’s GATES or PULSES outputs.
